With our low minimum investment amounts and flexible time frames, you can spread your investments over multiple projects to create a diverse real estate portfolio. Currently, all projects are offered on a
deal-by-deal basis and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Investors receive an equity ownership stake in each deal.
